【交換密碼團隊】｜花蓮萬榮地方創生啟動
「交換密碼」是由「我們在這裡文化藝術工作室」執行。交換密碼團隊藉由導入藝術元素，激發地方的主體性和創意，透過傳統織布文化串起對地方的認同和記憶，建構「地方感」。

#編織出屬於萬榮的認同與驕傲，這麼做
🟠 人才培育知識分享—培力工作坊、織者網絡建構
🟡 在地諮詢網絡連結—網路平台及實體工作站
🟠 打造返鄉支持系統—盤點地方資源、知識、學習資訊，讓青年獲得生活及就業支持。
